بیکار آدمی

آج کا مضمون میں ایک واقعے سے شروع کرنا چاہتا ہوں .
دو دوست جنگل میں جا رہے تھے کہ اچانک ایک شیر آگیا یہ دیکھ کر ایک دوست اپنے  امپورٹڈ  جوتے بیگ میں سے نکالنے لگا یہ دیکھ کر اس کے دوست نے پوچھا " کیا یہ جوتے پھن کر تو شیر سے زیادہ تیز دوڑ لے گا؟" اسکا جواب ہی میرا مضمون ہے اسکا جواب تھا
"شیر سے تو زیادہ تیز نہیں البتہ تجھ سے تو زیادہ تیز دوڑ لوں گا نا "

آج کا دور اسکے اس جواب کی تشریح ہے. آج ہم سب کا فون اٹھانا یا نہ اٹھانا، میسج کا جواب دینا یا نہ دینا، دعوت  جانا، کام سے کچھ زیادہ وقت بیٹھنا یا نہ بیٹھنا ، سب کا سب سامنے والے کی سٹیٹس پر منحصر ہے. آپ سلام کے جواب کو ہی لے لیجیے. ہمارا "وعلیکم اسسلام" کے وقت تاثر اس  منحصر ہے کے  دنیاوی اعتبار سے "بڑا" آدمی ہے یا چھوٹا. اگر ہمارے دفتر میں صرف دو مہمانوں کے بیٹھنے کی جگہ ہے اور تیسرا آجانے کی صورت میں ہم سوچتے ہیں کے کسی کو کھڑا کروں؟ دوسری کرسی منگواؤں؟ یا آنے والے کو ٹہلا دوں؟

اخلاق اب "کام کے آدمی" اور "بے کار آدمی" کے درمیان ہی گردش کرتے ہیں. صاحب ثروت اپنے آپ کو عزت کا حقدار سمجھنے لگے ہیں اور بے چارہ سفید پوش ذلیل ہونے کے ڈر سے لوگوں میں اٹھنا بیٹھنا چھوڑ رہا ہے. پندرہ سے بیس منٹ کی نشست میں لوگ "الله کا شکر ہے" لگا کر اپنی بڑائ بھی جتاتے ہیں اور "بڑا بول نہیں بولتا" لگا کر اپنے طاقتور ہونے کو ثابت بھی کرتے ہیں.

میرے  اور آپکے موبائل فون میں ایک وقت میں ١٠٠ سے زیادہ نمبر نہیں ہوتے تھے اور آج جب روابط کا بھنڈار ہے ہم عید تک کی مبارکباد کو سے آے ہوے میسج کو کو فارورڈ کر کے  مطمئن ہو جاتے ہیں.امید کی ایک کرناس وقت نظر آتی ہے جب کوئی تنگ دست دوسرے تنگ دست کی اپنے محدود وسائل کے باوجود مدد کر رہا ہوتا ہے.

مال کی محبّت بھی عجیب ہے. وہ چیز جس کی اصل قدر دو تین سو روپے سے زیادہ نہیں ہوتی ہم اسے ایک ہزار میں خوشی خوشی لے لیتے ہیں اور پھر اس برانڈ کے شاپنگ بیگ کا بھی اپنا ایک " ٹور " ہوتا ہے جبکہ بیچارا پھل والا پچاس کے ساٹھ  مانگ لے تو " حلال " اور " جائز " پر فضائل سناتے ہیں.باطل نے اپنی سوچ اور تھیوری کو  عمدہ طریقے سے ہمارے معاشرے کی رگوں میں اتار دیا.
" مارکس " اور " لینن " پڑھنے والوں سے بھلا اور امید بھی  کیا کی سکتی ہے . آج مرے کچھ دوست اس منڈی میں لوگوں کو انسانیت کو نفع پہنچانے والی نیت کے ساتھ کاروبار کرنے پر قائل کر رہے ہیں. اللہ ان کو بہترین جزاء عطا فرماے. مگر کیا آج معاملات سے متعلق باریک سے باریک بات کا جواب آسانی سے نہیں مل رہا؟ کیا سود، ذخیرہ اندوزی کی قباحتیں کسی سے ڈھکی چھپی ہیں؟

الله ہم سب کا ظاہر اور باطن ایسا بنا دے جو اسے پسند ہے. ہم سب کے  مسائل حل ہی اس وقت ہونگے جب ہم دین کو ہر چیز پر فوقیت نہیں دیتے. جب الله کا حکم مقدّم رہے گا تو خیر ہی خیر پھیلے گی. جب ہماری یہ سوچ کہ "بیکار آدمی" ہے ہمارے اندر رہے گی تو ہمیں بھی ایک وقت میں "بیکار آدمی" ہی بنا دیا جاے گا.

معلومات کی کثرت اور علم کا فقدان Sea of Knowledge and Lack of Wisdom

  

رمضان کے مہینے میں مصروفیات کے کم ہونے  وجہ سے مطالعاتی آوارہ گردی کرتا رہا. صرف طائرانہ نظر دوڑانے پر چکّر سا آ گیا. خدا کی پناہ پس منظر کے بغیر لوگ اپنے اپنے مطالعے کو حرف آخر سمجھ کر مواد کا پہاڑ کھڑا کر  رہے ہیں اور ٹی وی کے سامنے دن کا بیشتر حصّہ گزارنے والے یا مختلف قسم کے اخبارات چاٹنے والے بیچارے بینگن کی طرح لڑھکتے رہتے ہیں.

میں نے محسوس کیا (ہو سکتا ہے میں غلط ہوں) کے دنیا بھر میں لوگ ایک بنیادی چارٹر کو سامنے رکھتے ہیں اور پھر انھیں جو بھی معلومات دی جاے اسے اس پلڑے میں رکھ کر سوالات کرتے ہیں ، اب یہاں سوالات کے دو درجے ہو جاتے ہیں. سوالات براۓ بحث اور سوالات براۓ اصلاح. یہاں عمومی طور پر سوالات براے تنقید اور بحث کا رجحان زیادہ ہے کہ کسی طرح سامنے والے کی دلیل کو غلط اور اپنے موقف کو صحیح ثابت کر دیں.

بطور مسلمان ہمارا چارٹر کامل اور صحیح ترین ہے. شک کا ذرّہ بھی نہیں اور وہ  ہے قران مجید . تو اگر کسی کی بات کو تولنے کی نوبت آتی ہے تو قران کا پلڑا کامل ترین ہے. اب یہاں بات کو تھوڑا سا موضوع سے باہر لاتے ہیں. بطور مسلمان سب کا انتہائی مقصد کیا ہے؟ بیشک جنّت کو پانا اور جہنّم سے خلاصی. اور اس مقصد کے لیے الله نے اپنے محبوب سرور کائنات محمّد صل الله علیہ وسلّم کے ذریعے ہمیں بتا دیا کے کیا کرنا ہے اور کیا نہیں کرنا.

اب اس بنیادی چارٹر کو خود پر لاگو کر کے ہر مسلمان آسانی سے فیصلہ کر سکتا ہے کے میری بنیاد ٹھیک ہے یا نہیں؟ مثلا جھوٹ دھوکہ تہمت فریب کینہ بغض حسد یہ عام  بیماریاں ہیں جو مجھ سمیت اکثریت کے اندر ہیں. دوسرا حرام کا نوالہ مثلا سود شراب حرام کردہ چیزیں زنا  جو کے واضح طور پر بتایا گیا ہے کہ آنکھ کان زبان اور ہاتھ سب کا ہوتا ہے اس سے کون کون محفوظ ہے اور اس سے آگے یہ پڑھنے والے خود بھی جانتے ہیں. تو اگر میری بنیاد میں یہ بیماریاں ہیں تو میں بحث  کے اگلے صفحے پر تو آ ہی نہیں سکتا.

اب اگر مسلمان جنّت میں جانا چاہتا ہے اور وہ  کہتا پھر رہا ہے کہ میں مسلمان ہوں، دعا کرتا ہوں تو دعاؤں کے قبول نہ ہونے اور الله کی طرف سے جواب نہ آنے کی وجوہات تو واضح موجود ہیں. کینہ رکھنے والا، حرام کھانے والا ماں باپ کا نافرمان اور اس کے علاوہ دیگر. کیا ہم پہلی سیڑھی کے مسلمان بھی ہیں؟

آگے اس پر ستم یہ کے ہر سنی سنائی بات کو بغیر تحقیق کے آگے بیان کرنا جو کے جھوٹا ہونے کی سب سے بری نشانی بتائی گئی. تو ہم اپنے اطراف میں دیکھیں کیا ہر جگا سے ہر سنی سنائی بات بغیر تحقیق کے آگے نہیں بیان ہو رہی؟  ٹی وی کی شکل میں، موبائل فون کی شکل میں، فیس بک کی شکل میں اور دیگر. جس طرح الله نے ہمارے لیے انعام رکھا ہے کے ہماری کہی ہوئی بات سے اگر کوئی سیدھے راستے پر آجاتا ہے تو اس کا اجر ہمیں بھی ملتا ہے بلکل اسی طرح اگر ہماری بغیر تحقیق کے آگے بڑھائی ہی بات سے اگر کوئی ایک بھی بھٹک جاتا ہے تو ہم خود اندازہ کریں کے کیا ہوگا. اور پھر بغیر تحقیق کے آگے بڑھائی ہوئی بات تہمت، الزام، غیبت ان سب چیزوں کی گندگی بھی اپنے اندر لیے ہے ہوتی ہے تو ہم اپنا کیا حال کر رہے ہیں؟

میرا ایک بہت اچھا دوست جو کہ فوج میں ہے، اور مجھ سے زیادہ محب وطن بھی ہے، جب اسکے منہ سے ایک مایوسی والا جملہ سنا   تو مجھے احساس ہوا کے حق اور سچ بیان کرنے کے ٹھیکے داروں نے اپنی نسلوں تک کو داؤ پر لگا دیا ہے. اور پیسہ ہی خدا بنا لیا گیا ہے. کیا بے شمار پیسے سے قبر کا عذاب ٹالا اور جنّت خریدی جا سکتی ہے؟ کتابوں اور آرٹیکلز کے ڈھیر پڑھنے کے بعد بھی ہم فکری طور پر لولے لنگڑے ہی ہیں؟

رائے زنی اور وہ بھی نامکمّل معلومات اور سطحی مطالعے کے ساتھ خطرناک اور نقصان دہ ہو جاتی ہے اور ویسے بھی ہم تو اب اتنے یتیم ہیں کے اپنی ہی معلومات کی تصدیق کے ذرایع محدود ہو کر رہ گئے ہیں اور ہم اپنی کی ہی تحقیق پر تنقید اور سوالات بھی برداشت نہیں کرتے. اگر آج اس چیز کی بنیاد ڈالتے ہیں تو کل اپنی نسلوں کے آگے سرخرو ہو سکیں گے ورنہ وہ خدانخواستہ  مزید بھٹکے گی اور ہم ہونق بن کر ان کو ڈوبتا دیکھتے رہیں گے...   .

Are we a Frustrated Nation?

It naturally happens to almost everybody when arrives from somewhere abroad, it seems very awkward when we compare ourselves with those we have just visited. Same thing always happened to me, but this time I feel it really intense and thought "Are we a frustrated nation"? Why it happened? Let me elaborate it in points :


1. When you exit from tube of aircraft, you see the different face of the same people who were with you at origin where we came from : like, they start talking loudly on cellphone, abusing, pretending themselves that they have been just returned from some kinda space or planet. Frustrated to be special, different and superior in any sense

2. When you see the authorities of of Airport, they seems like double-standard robots who react with everybody in a different way : smiling face in front of FOREIGN PASSPORT and STYLISH FOREIGNERS, creases on forehead in front of mediocre passengers, strict and professionals like in front of those who came here on holidays and many many more

3. Customs people shout at you as you are a criminal and smuggling drugs in Pakistan and they are PATRIOT SONS OF SOIL who are defending their soil from the criminals like us. Not a little piece of courtesy and riding all with same stick.

4. If you have some gifts for your family like, Video System, Laptops and Some Electronics that is normally allowed and logically not to sell/commercial purpose, then WARNING, HALT, these goods are suspicious and it contains a custom duty which we suppose to bypass intentionally and that is more than actual cost of good. When you seems afraid, then another business starts of bargaining.

5. When you SAFELY exit from the gate, then BEWARE of Taxi Drivers who are near to grab you with them and explain you why they are asking so much amount for that short distance travel.

After reaching home, when you start your routine life, you can observe the difference easily in first 2 3 days, coz after 2 or 3 days you'll indulge in this and then you won't see anything strange.

What you'll observe, remember you are a part of this now and you don't have STRANGER-LOOK, every seller will try to sell you at any cost by claiming his good superior than others. Uncontrolled traffic, everybody is abusing other without or on a nonsense reason. Police seems like robbers who stop you anywhere anytime without a reason and you'll feel that you are the only responsible for worst law and order situation and you are the only one because of whom this traffic is disturbed.

You'll see the mob who is demolishing the property of you and others like you, because of load shedding, blasphemy, some statement from a politician and target killing or whatever reason. They'll block the main roads in peak rush hours and rest of them will be finding the way to reach their destination and in this way finding exercise there will be many clashes and wrestling happens.
When (God Forbid) you'll face any robber on the road, you'll feel you're the only wealthy, satisfied and tension less person who is responsible for unemployment and let them commit a crime. They can shoot you even for Rs.500/- (I seen this in a news when I was abroad) and nobody can expect the justice for that blood-shed even you money and valuables. You'll be silent because you know nothing will happen and you have to face more botheration.


After a day long on your work, you'll behave like CHANGEZ and HALAAKU with your family, you'll be hating a little noise, over-reacting on innocent mistakes of kids after absorbing abuses, noise, fight, lies, threats, miscommitments and then your kids and spouse will throw it to near ones.......

So this chain will spread hatred all around in continuous motion day by day. Is it true?, Are we a frustrated nation? if YES, WHY??? Please comment

What is Shia and Sunni? - License to Kill

I have been reading different articles and columns regarding Rawalpindi from last couple of days. Every columnist and writer is trying to define the different base of Sunni/Shia division. One writer is saying that it is the invention of ANGREZ (British Govt.), another is saying it is created by Indian Businessmen (HINDU SETH) at the time of partition and somebody is saying this fire has been burnt by America.

What I have studied is totally different in the books of history AND/OR somebody else have something else to describe. But one thing is common... There is a difference.. Now the questions is.. Is this difference gives license somebody to Kill his opponent? If YES, from where and how?

For a moment, we suppose that some Sunni abused Shia or those whom they followed so would those Sunni should be killed, burned or slaughtered? vice versa, if some Shia abused so should they been killed?

If YES then who allowed both sides to do so? Those people who they follows? Did they ordered like if somebody abuse me my followers should kill them brutally and put everything on fire? even without inquiring who was guilty, what he stated and how?

So is it that easy to kill somebody on road by just shouting "He abused XYZ". and nowadays people strictly follow the "WAJIB" of "WAJIB UL QATL" instead of following thousand of  "WAJIBs" in Shariat. Who cares about the Salaah, Sunnah, Protection of Eyes and Tongue, Protection of Evil Desires, Music, Male/Female combined gathering that leads to Sin and many more...

We didn't even studied the right Islam, we even didn't know more than Namaz and Roza (Salaah and Fasting) I can bet that not even 5 from the gathering of 500 shouters (Type of people who only shout and destroy public property) on the road even know 10 Verses of Qur'aan with meaning and explanation or 10 Hadith with same. We don't even know what our Beloved Prophet SAAW have said about Liars.

Well, conclusion, Muslims have more priorities to do and spread than killing somebody in the name ABUSE and BLASPHEMY as if we do not KILL a blasphemist, there is a chance of TAUBA (His submission to Allah and reversal from Sins towards Good) but if we return ABUSE against ABUSE or Hatred against Hatred, we can't achieve our goals that has been defined by Beloved Prophet SAAW and all his Respected and honorable Companions RAA. May Allah guide us all to the Path of Righteous and his beloved ones.

وہ سجدہ زمیں جس سے لرز جاتی تھی یارو

اک بار تھا ہم چھُٹ گئے اس بارِ گراں سے

 

جھگڑے ہیں یہاں صوبوں کے ذاتوں کے نسب کے

اُگتے ہیں تہِ سایۂ گل خار غضب کے

یہ دیس ہے سب کا مگر اس کا نہیں کوئی

اس کے تنِ خستہ پہ اب دانت ہیں سب کے

 

محمودوں کی صف آج ایازوں سے پرے ہے

جمہور سے سلطانئ جمہور ڈرے ہے

تھامے ہوئے دامن ہے یہاں پرجو خودی کا

مر، مر کے جئے ہے کبھی  جی ، جی کے مرے ہے

 

دیکھو توذرا محلوں کے پردوں کواٹھا کر

شمشیر و سناں رکھی ہیں طاقوں پہ سجا کر

آتے ہیں نظر مسندِ شاہی پہ رنگیلے

تقدیرِ امم سو گئی طاؤس پہ آکر

 

مکاری و عیاری و غداری و ہیجان

اب بنتا ہے ان چار عناصر سے مسلمان

قاری اسے کہنا توبڑی بات ہے یارو

اس نے تو کبھی کُھول کے دیکھا نہیں قرآن

 

کردار کا گفتار کا اعمال کا مومن

قائل نہیں ایسے کسی جنجال کا مومن

سرحد کا ہے مومن کوئی بنگال کا مومن

ڈوھنڈے سے بھی ملتا نہیں قرآن کا مومن

 

اقبالؒ تیرا دیس کہاں ہےکہاں جاؤں؟

We and our Elders - Mindset and Gaps

What motivate me to write this is an experience at a hospital during night attendance with my aunt. Sometimes we irritate with our parents or the people aged 55+ due to their stubborn behaviors. For example they might ask you a single question again and again or after a long para they concludes the things on same question they asked so many times.

I observed that people after 55 feel himself free. Let me explain it by an example.

A father who retired at the age of 55, his sons and daughters are married and living a quite busy life in their families plus their jobs and businesses. They made themselves purely a social animal but with outsiders. They try to play an important role in the problems of their friends' circle and professional network.

Let me be a little out of topic here. In this fast era and with the emerging technologies we have lost our patience. We can't wait for results generated in its due course. We think that a headache should relieve in minutes after taking pills as we can reach anybody worldwide in a click or with our cellulars keypad or we edit a whole document, image or a chart in seconds and enjoy our desired modifications so our mindset, more or less, desires the same thing in those events that can't be.

Let's continue. So if a father's blood pressure shoot at midnight, our first approach or thinking would be like to give him the tablet or do something from our experiences or we had rad somewhere. In this case, the father take it seriously as our carelessness about him. He thinks that we are taking him light because we didn't seem worry at high. So when a son try to give him tablet and a glass of water in relax mode, he resist and force the son to take him to the hospital. Again when son argue about the early exercise to go hospital and explain him that he should have this tablet and wait a little so he goes normal then they both can spare themselves from that hassle as a BP is being a normal event nowadays.

Here it comes to the matter of debate or emotions. In father's mindset his son is not taking him seriously and giving him tablet with some explanations because he don't want to take him to hospital. And on another side, son is thinking that I should save my father from this movement until it is necessary.

Two scenes simultaneously happened to me. Doctor advised us to give my aunt a cough syrup as she was very uncomfortable due to cough and couldn't took proper nap but she was afraid that her cough increase due to that syrup. So when I force to take that syrup as doctor advised she over reacted and situation been difficult for me to handle as I can see her coughing abnormally so I had moved out of hospital to have a cigarette so I can normalize myself and there is another scene waiting for me to make me more learned.

There was a father and son at corridor and the son was roaming rapidly between pharmacy and doctor's chamber. As a listened the doctor's dialogue he was saying to the father " I am trying to help you at my best but you are irritating me, you are not ready to listen to a doctor and debating continuously. How your son manage to handle you?" And that father was again arguing the doctor. When I see the son, that gives me a new direction of thinking. I saw his father was arguing with pharmacist and his son used to say "Ok I'll do according to your wish. As you wish." And this particular sentence given father much relaxation. I seen him till end the son used to say this particular thing and smartly direct the father as per doctor's advice and the father was comfortable with this. So then I understood how his son manage to handle him.

I will conclude that it is all about protocol. If we will give proper protocol to our elders instead of imposing something, it would be quite workable in these kind of situations. When it comes to protocol we also expect it from our younger. So our approach is like we are seeking permission of elders and giving priority to his opinion then smartly draw him towards the requirement. Sometimes we have to wait patiently for desired result as human being can make effort only, rest is in the hands of Allah Almighty.

Money Making Eid ul Adha..Why Karachi is always effected?

The whole new tactic on this Eid ul Adha.. In previous Eids, we have listened the snatching of Animal Skin from different elements in many areas of Karachi... Now there is a development... In some areas it is observed that you have to pay GUNDA TAX of Rs. 5000/- to 10000/- if you bought an animal for qurbani.

So I studied the whole process like.. A person is going to buy an animal.. so very first he have to spend the fare upto MANDI (Market) or pay parking charges over there... then he spent a lot of time in finding the animal by bothering Dust, Expensive Food, Beverages and all. Secondly he effected with Ups and Downs of Market Rates... finally he bought an animal according to his budget. Then he have to pay 200/- to let his animal out of mandi..I don't know on which account??.. plus the cartage.. Now we can add the 5000/- Gunda Tax.. then the slaughter charges, Animal skin is again his expense if snatched..

Some happenings of shots to the animal in case of denial of GUNDA TAX so in many areas people are not taking their animal to their homes and again the excitement of Eidul Adha is ruined specially for those who are very fond of animals.

Where are we moving towards?? We can't live a free life coz if we Buy a new car we have to face PARCHI (the Tax to the Criminals to let you live). People and Businesses are moving and escaping from the city of lights.. No law and order... anybody can kill anybody without fear of justice... ordinary citizen is fear instead of criminals that are roaming all over the city with weapons and robb anybody... anywhere...

There is a factor of disappointment allover.. people have lost confidence on Rulers, Law enforcement agencies, Judiciary, and defenders of state... I have listened to my seniors that all you need is a little light to remove darkness... Where this light would come from?

Mobile - Badtameezi....Distances

Cellphones are nowadays being very strong medium of communication. It saves time, movement and decision making hassles. I observed an another disadvantage of cellphone or you can say "A Cellphone Caller" .

Think, I receive a call on my cellphone and caller start speaking his issue after SALAM without asking what I am doing or am I be able to listen him or answer him. I interrupt him with regrets and said. "I just picked up your phone in the mid of lunch because I thought there might be any urgency or emergency. Can we talk upon it after a while?" then I received a list of SORRY SORRY SORRY.

Secondly, Cellphone erased the distances and we can be in touch with our loved ones or associates in seconds... but again... I thought it when it happens... I person came to meet me in my office and a bell rungs when we are shaking hands... I see the caller ID was of my client and couldn't missed it.. so I receive the phone call with a GESTURE OF ONE MINUTE to my guest. When I finished and trying to say him sorry about this interruption and about to ask HOW ARE YOU?.. his phone rungs and then he deliver me a SMILE WITH A SORRY and been busy on phone... In the meantime I started talking with the person with him.. again this another person phone rungs and ... same.... when the first person finished... my operator have given me a call and said Mr. X from bank and wanted your confirmation to clear a cheque... I got a call and banker started asking me HAAL AHWAAL (Hi Hello).. I tried to shorten the conversation by seeing that those both are free from CELLPHONE and winded it up.. then First person got a Blackberry message ,,,, and .....

This is an incidental situation... but I think we are very much nearest to those who are on miles away... but being too far from those who are closest to us. Thanks to CELLPHONE and Mobile Communications.

Business Pooling - Good Idea

Currently SBS Consultants is serving a Business group to establish a local food chain brand. I have floated an idea to combine small investors to have an outlet. As in this situation of economic recession, Investors has loose confidence in taking risks. By losing major investments in Property, Gold, Stocks and Commodities, Investors have fear for more big losses.

In my opinion if many investors combine themselves for one business they can divide risks and generate more sales and marketing results from their own circles. Once they achieve a take off till break even they will gain confidence and make combine effort to boost up the business.

I off course need your comments and feedback about that as we are gonna implement this in our first phase. 

Business and Journalism

What motivate me to write these lines? I had seen a documentary by some TV channel. They are visiting in some poor population and show their lifestyle, their troubles, problems and all that. These kind of reports and documentaries are very common in TV channels. Off course, at one side these kind of findings and deliver it to public is a good job to know how they are facing problems and what are the lifestyle of them.

On the other hand, in my opinion, i thought it seems useless until a research journalist take it as a project. Because we see many things on TV like Injustice, Cruelty, Corruption, Lies, Cheating, Frauds and multiple problems. The objective should be to take it to the remedy. If you find a school that is being a hub of drug addicts, or a hospital where concerned people are careless and not doing their duties promptly, you should highlight it daily until a proper action is taken against them by authorities or residents.

We are just loading our archives with these kind of reports but how many action have been taken on them? and the area or organisation you visit goes in a mannered whey it should be?

It seems that it is an effort of making your airtime expensive, taking commercials and WAH WAH (appreciation)  from colleagues and friends. If you are working for a cause then a single change would be your life time achievement and if it couldn't be in this world, definitely you'll take reward in AAKHIRAT (afterlife).

Yes, we all knows there is lot of issues and problems, but if we have access to those, and we have a powerful background (MEDIA) so we can work on that in full throttle. We can visit there and take views, we can make this stick on our channel not only for airtime selling and commercials but as a project as well. As we have seen so many things that sticks on the media on regular basis, have had their rights or proper treatment on the issue.

We all knows, OUT OF SIGHT - OUT OF MIND, so I myself forgot many things after seeing and making a little voice in front of TV like CHU CHU or Oh my Gosh. So if we are anchor, producer, director or a script writer, we should keep in mind that if we are really serious about the issue we are shooting and documenting, we have to give it a continuous part daily. As an update, we should hammer an issue that there is no activity, there is no reaction and all that.

At last I would like to draw the attention towards the Advertisement that how a brand force minds to purchase the product or even test it as everybody see it 10s of time daily and same thing, same jingle and same models. So what will happen if our documentaries and research report updated daily to public about the idleness or activity of the concerned authorities or residents on the issue we draw in media.

Me, Myself and Mine...

It seems that Muslims all over are under stress. Have a look on News, TV Channels and every media source, it shows that we are reversing towards the stone age. Is it? I remember a sentence "If there is justice and people having justice that we can't fail".

Today, when I was coming to office I had seen some roadblocks, tyres burning and little mobs on the road shouting against LOAD SHEDDING. Would it be helpful to get rid of load shedding? People, specially teenagers are too energetic to shout and abuse KESC and we all knows that after one or two hours of TAFREEH (Fun) they'll go back to their homes and enjoy story telling like : aaj to main nay ye kia aur aisa kia sab jama hogaey thay yaaaar ... this is what we are doing for our rights.

One special thing I would like to share is a special scene. Roundabout near my residence is jammed due to mob. and people having fun and expressing their anger on tyres, some junk stuff, held some sticks in their hands. A bike rider wanted to pass that blockage to reach somewhere across and a man from a mob abused him and stopped him. He was near to beat him so everybody gathered and shouted on him that why he tried to pass this blockage and ordered him to back and take another way to go there.

So is it a justice? they were shouting for their rights by ruling out somebody else another right. We all are doing this in some sense. We write, speak and debate about injustice a lot but we sometimes forget that people in our surroundings have some rights also. We are being rude and try to force our point of view instead to doing healthy discussions and reasons. We spoke a lot about problems but didn't conclude our debate on solutions as well as work on solutions.

I read an article in todays newspaper about a teenager girl who had dreamed to educate the kids of her locality and struggled for it in her 16. Now she is 20 and she is in negotiation with some NGO abroad for funding that school which she had established before 4 years with some old carpets and teenage matriculate teachers (Her Friends). So she is near to achieve and ultimate objective but how? She had shown her loyalty and did something in this regard.

So we should focus on single problem and show everybody practically that we are working on the solution. Once we get started and operate this successfully I am quite confident that....

"Log aatay gaey, kaarwaan banta gaya"

So lets pick something in our personal capacity, work on it, make it a model and go ahead. It is a better justice for those who deserve and Inshallah will change the society very soon as we want it. Otherwise... nothing will happen by TV Debates, Shouting on Streets and Burning tyres.

Unexpected Responses

I will start this with a short scene I had rad somewhere :

Once an old man and his 24 years old son were travelling in train. The son sat next to window with his father beside him, The son looking out towards the window and shouted, "Dad, look the trees are going behind!" the Dad smiled and a young couple sitting near and looked at the 24 year old behaving childishly. Suddenly he again exclaimed "Dad look the clouds are running with us! the couple seen him and resist to the old man, "Why don't you take your son to a good doctor?" The Old man smiled and said "I've did and we are just coming from the hospital. My son was blind by birth and just got his eyes today"...

So.. Don't always jump to the conclusion because what you see can be something else as seen.

Last Holiday, I was with my kids at a park. and kids insisted to buy the bubble liquid as they were seeing a person who is making bubbles of a liquid with his hand made tool. I bought 2 packs that costs me Rs. 10/- I thought that I should buy 2 more as in case kids drop it so I should have backup :) . After taking these 4 packs.. I asked him in an orderly way.. Dude give me even a shopping bag to carry it as I have bought 4 packs.. He replied so nicely and make me ashamed.. "Sir, I had saved Rs. 200 to buy the shopping bags for customers but yesterday was strike and those 200 have been spent at home."

So 2 points to think.

1. Don't conclude everything from your point of view.
2. Time is Money and we can donate it to make somebody more prosper by saving his time.

What we are seeing and how we are reacting? Including me, have we ever tried to make a failsafe plan for somebody like him? As a Consultant, I used to make many strategies, plans and management tools and processes for my clients. It takes maximum 1 or 2 hours to make some strong financial plan for those who have a 1000 rupees company. It will help them a lot to survive. I am on work.
